It is our endeavour to make sure that everything we sell carries accurate descriptions and photographs, however do be aware that colours may vary from how they appear upon your computer screen.
Time and attention has gone into making our ordering systems as easy as possible and to keep you informed regarding the order process and state of shipping etc.
If you have a problem with your purchase, if it is damaged, the incorrect item sent, or you are just not happy with it do let us know. We will either replace the product, or should you wish, we will refund your credit card for the amount of the purchase, excluding shipping and handling, providing that the item has been returned to us in original condition and original, unmarked packaging.
Check list
- Repackage all products in unused condition, in original packaging (do not write directly upon the box)
- Return it, insured, via UPS or Fedex
- Email us with tracking #, so that we are able to monitor the arrival
Should the merchandise arrive damaged, we will inform you immediately, so you can initiate a claim with the carrier you used to return the item to us.
